They discuss the opportunities and market segments that they might fit together weather it is as a distributor or a hybrid installation company and distribution. “this is not the normal relationship that we currently have” <r Kluttz said but he would look into weather they might be able to come up with something in Q1 2007. The Best Guard a new system integrator and distributor hitting the American market. They have brick and mortar in Hollywood Florida, and plan to open another office before Q4.
